Return And Refund Policy

3 Signs is committed to offering excellent quality safety signs and stickers.

If there is a print error deemed to be our fault we will offer to re-print the products or provide a full refund. Please note that we will require photos of the items for us to assess before you return them to us and any liability is agreed.

Returning your items

If a return was agreed, please package the items safely, preferably in the original packaging and return them to us. If the return was deemed a customer error, the return will be made at your cost.

Damaged or faulty orders

In the unfortunate event when an order is damaged in transit, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. For any other faults and issues, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items.

Refunds

We will issue a refund within 15 days of 3 Signs receiving and checking the returned items. If the products are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable then the goods will be returned and no refund given.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund up to the point where your artwork is accepted and sent to print.

If you cancel after this, we will refund only the shipping. If the item was already dispatched please follow the returns procedure.
