Visit the ‘My Account’ link in the website header at https://www.3signs.co.uk/my-account/ – once you have logged in you can view historical orders, saved addresses, payment methods and under Account Details you can update your name and email address.
What payment options do you offer?
Our main payment method is Credit or Debit Cards provided by paymetryx/evo, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or ApplePay. We also accept PayPal. There are no surcharges for any of our payment methods. If you wish to open a trade account and pay via BACS, please contact us.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery to the United Kingdom is FREE via 48-hour Royal Mail postage. You can upgrade your order to 24-hour service via Royal Mail for £5.00.
International Economy Shipping is £6.00

- Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks
- North America in up to 6 weeks
- South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
- Australia in up to 12 weeks
International Tracked Shipping is £12.99
Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days (Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days)
Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
Sometimes we utilise a 24-hour courier service for larger consignments over 2Kg.

Do you offer a next day or same day delivery service?
Cut off times for next day delivery is usually 1pm. Same day services are not available.

All our items are quality checked and processed with great care and love, in the event of missing item please Contact us, and we’ll get the missing items to you next day.
Something is damaged in my order?
We’ll send a replacement item free of charge by next day service.
